Achieving HR Excellence through Six Sigma

Can You Answer "Yes" to each of these Questions?

  • Do you as an HR professional have a seat at the strategic planning table?
  • Do you as an HR professional know your total business operations?
  • Do you as an HR professional know how to measure your human capital metrics?
  • Do you as an HR professional know how to improve your processes for positive results?
  • Can you as an HR professional make the cost ratio presentation on your human capital processes?

Unless you answered yes to each of the above questions, you have a problem as far as what your role within the organization is, as of today. With the onset of increased awareness and integration of the value of HR within the organizational strategy, highly efficient HR departments have become critical to the success of any organization.
