Daniel Bloom is a human capital strategic partner who can make the bridge from the old human resource model to the new business process model having worked in the recruiting, training, EEO and consulting aspects of the industry. After 30 years involved in the industry, he is a Subject Matter Expert on issues surrounding Domestic Relocation issues. Published author with over 40 articles dealing with relocation and the first comprehensive work on the history of the relocation industry. Student of process improvement having studied TOC for several years and recently certified as a six sigma black belt and Senior Professional in Human Resources
Daniel Bloom founded Daniel Bloom & Associates, Inc. in 1980 following a lay off from the Human Resources Department of the ECI Division of E Systems.

Sharon Megiel Senior Consultant

Sharon Megiel became affiliated with Daniel Bloom & Associates, Inc. in 1995. Ms. Megiel has been active in the relocation industry since 1992, having worked for Prudential Home Mortgage and Bank of America Mortgage. Ms. Megiel also brings to the team a strong background in project management from several different industries.
