Mobility Management

Based on over 30 years experience of working with transferring families, Daniel Bloom & Associates can help your organization with this critical part of your human resource strategic initiatives.

We do this through several different service packages from which to you can choice  to meet the needs of your organization:

Basic Package

The basic package is the bare minimal package we offer. It consists of assisting the transferee with

  • arranging a self move via firms such as U-Haul and United Van Lines.
  • coordination of the final trip and
  • prepare the end of the year tax report for the transferees’ tax filings.

New Hire Services

The New Hire Services adds several services to the basic package and is designed for those organizations who want to provide a little extra services to their transferring employees. It provides assistance

  • with self moves,
  • final trip coordination, and
  • the final tax report
  • information on the new community
  • rental information for the destination location.

Fiscal oriented Services  

The fiscal oriented service package takes in consideration that the moving of an employee is far from being inexpensive. Daniel Bloom & Associates, Inc. understands there is a trade-off between keeping expenses in line and providing for your transferees. So in the fiscal oriented service package  offers the following services:

  • Arrangement of self moves
  • Coordination of the final trip
  • Preparation of the end of the year tax letter
  • New community information
  • Rental information at the destination location
  • Pre-marketing assistance on the old residence through a network of trained relocation agents

Liberal Mobility Services

The liberal mobility service package takes in consideration that the moving of an employee is far from being inexpensive. This package is for those organizations who want to go the extra mile for their transferees transferees. So in the liberal mobility service package  offers the following services:

  • Arrangement of self moves
  • Coordination of the final trip
  • Preparation of the end of the year tax letter
  • New community information
  • Rental information at the destination location
  • Pre-marketing assistance on the old residence through a network of trained relocation agents
  • Referral to local real estate professional trained in relocation services
  • Referral to local relocation trained mortgage resources

Full Relocation Program

The full mobility service package is designed for the mid level or senior executives within your organization. It takes advantage of a full array of services needed by relocating family:

  • Referral to a professional household goods company use to working with the relocation industry
  • Coordination of the final trip
  • Preparation of the end of the year tax letter
  • New community information
  • Rental information at the destination location
  • Pre-marketing assistance on the old residence through a network of trained relocation agents
  • Referral to local real estate professional trained in relocation services
  • Referral to local relocation trained mortgage resources
  • Coordination of a house hunting trip
  • Assistance with the home search
  • Coordination of a home inspection
  • Referral to resources for assisting the spouse to locate new employment
