Human Capital Management Metrics: Cost of Talent Acquisition

One of the most difficult and sought after data point is what does the talent acquisition process actually cost your organization. This excel=based worksheet provides you with a mechanism to calulate that cost.

The worksheet is editable so you can interchange your specific steps in the talent acquisition process for your organization. The results are based on an hourly calculation of the time needed to complete the steps and then converts using a compensation calcullator what the actual task is expending.

Finally it assumes 20 hires per year (but yu cange change that number if needed) and provides you a totla overview of your costs.

Click the hyperlink to obtain your personal free copy of the calculator. It is offered to the community as a free resource so feel free to share where appropriate. Cost of Hiring Calculator
