1. How to Build an HR Center of Excellence -  HR is confronted with the task of proving their worth to the organization. One proven method to achieve this goal is to create a center of excellence.  This webinar looks at the components of a center of excellence as well as how to set up one that provides excellent service to the entire organization. It begins with defining what HR excellence is and how it gets applied to the organizational processes. 

2. Busting the Big Data Myth in HR -   HR is confronted with a two-sided coin. Every time John Smith interviews a candidate, and the organization hires them, the candidate does not stay. 4. How to Resolve  the Perception Dilemma in the Workplace -in 2019, this webinar considers the dilemma posed by us not seeing the world as it is but as we are. There are two views of the business world- one as the organization looking in a mirror and the other looking out the window at how our customers see us. The webinar looks at the differences between the two views. Based on the book Reality, Perception and your workplace culture, released by Productivity Press in 2019.

How to identify the varied roles of human capital in the workplace -  The Global workplace has evolved over time, unlike everything else in our world, but many corporations have an outdated view of the role of their human capital assets. His webinar looks at that evolution and how the changes directly affect your operations. These changes create new paradigms and strategies that influence how and where we work

6. Solving the HR Dilemma- Seeing HR as a System-  HR as a System: Are you in HR or At HR webinar confronts a dilemma faced by HR professionals every day. Your CEO demands that you speak the language of business in order for you to get a seat at the table. The HR professional is stuck in the transactional mode that HR has been in since it beginning as personnel. In the course of the webinar, we will explore the nature of both views of the HR function. The webinar looks at the characteristics of a system. It also discusses five strategies to transform your HR function.
 
7.WOW Your Stakeholders through Employee Empowerment -  Based on the book Employee Empowerment: The Prime Component of Sustainable Change Management, released by Productivity Press in 2020, this webinar introduces the TLS Continuum Empowerment Model which strive to increase the empowerment levels within an organization through the interaction of management, cross-functional teams and the individual human capital assets. It looks at the roles that each play in the effort to sustain changes that are introduced to the workplace.

Delivering Results-Oriented Solutions that Empowers Organizational Change- This webinar will look at the definition of a process along with the role that processes play n our organizational operations. Along with the discussion of what a process is, you will also be presented with the various tools that you can utilize to make changes to your processes to implement process improvement. 

9. In Plain Sight: Finding and Eliminating Organizational Inefficiencies -  Every organization is comprised of a collection of processes that on occasion falter, primarily because the process had a hiccup. A hiccup because we did not look for it nor did we take the time to counter it before it became a problem. This webinar looks at the presence of non-value-added activities which draw away from the organization and its customers. Further it presents ways to eliminate those system constraints to increase the efficiencies of the organization

10. Keys to Project Excellence-  The two critical factors in the success of project improvement is the understanding of what constitutes a project and the construction of a cross-functional team. During this webinar, the participant is shown the development of teams and the roles and responsibilities of each team member. With the understanding about how teams operate the focus turns to the dynamics of improvement including a checklist of how to select a project.

We also look at the roles of the change agents in the process.  The webinar presents the change management tools along with 10 strategies to implement change in the organization.
