TLS Continuum Stakeholder Analysis

An essnetial part of the continuous process improvement effort is to identify who has an intrest and benefit in the improvement effort. We determine that by identifying who these parties are. The TLS Continuum as a basic tool in this regard uses a SIPOC form, which identifies who the suppliers are, what they supply, to what do they supply to, what the ultimate result is and to whom is the final project delivered to.
