Q. What is the tenure of the Yellow Belt Certificate – Unlike several Six Sigma programs on the market, our Yellow Belt certificates have no expiration date or continuing credit requirements. Once you earn it, it is yours for lifetime.
Q. Is the Yellow Belt Certificate legitimate? – Part of the roles and responsibilities of a Six Sigma Black Belt is to train and certify other belt holders under their counsel. Having earned his Black Belt through St. Petersburg College, the course creator and facilitator is authorized to issue the Yellow Belt Certificates.
Q. Is there a requirement for continuing education credits to maintain the certification? – As stated above, the Yellow Belt is issued without any requirements for continuing education. The hope is that the recipient of the certificate will want to become involved in continuous learning to improve their process improvement skills.
Q, Is there the availability of additional support beyond the course? – With the completion of the course project, you are entitled to two complimentary coaching hour sessions. In addition, we are always available to answer a quick question. Further if additional coaching is required, we can discuss that further at the time it is needed.
Q. Will I receive documentation of having completed the course ?- Upon completion of all the course requirements you will receive an electronic certificate demonstrating that the certificate has been awarded to you. For a nominal fee we can supply a hard copy of the certificate.
